Creekside Commons
Creekside Commons is a 132-unit townhome development located in the fast-growing city of Durham, NC. Creekside Commons is located across from an elementary school on approximately 28 acres and features a dog park and dog station, a disc golf course, tot lots, volleyball courts, and picnic areas with grilling stations. The project broke ground in July 2018 and all 132 lots were completed in Q2 2020. The homes are being built by Ryan Homes and include a mix of family townhomes with open space views that are priced from the $280’s to $320’s, with the surrounding area homes selling from the $400’s to $600’s.
